Management Strategies in the Corona-Crisis Age

In modern history, Russian business survived several economic recessions and seemed quite able to adapt to any stress situations. However, the current crisis is of unique nature, and it proved that tried and tested anti-crisis measures were not always effective. For example, most companies began with cutting their expenses, but many of them has cut them so much since the recession in 2015 that there is nothing more to cut, and the economy hasn't gained momentum since then. What solutions and ideas will allow companies to survive the Corona-crisis and find new growth opportunities in the most-pandemic world?
