Best papers presented at the Conference will be peer-reviewed and published by GSEM UrFU in the proceedings registered by Russian Supreme Academic Commission. Decision on paper acceptance is made within two weeks after receiving the application (but no later than November 8, 2019) following the review by the organising committee members and thematic session head. 

Information for presenters: 

If you wish to present a paper, you must register and submit full text of your paper. You should choose a session corresponding with your paper subject.

Time limit for the presentation - no more that 15 minutes.
One author can present 1 individual paper, and no more than 2 papers as a co-author. 
Only papers presented at the conference in person and not published previously will be considered for publication.

To publish your paper in the Conference proceedings, please submit your full text by email to conf.gsem@gmail.com with the subject "Paper for Conference Proceedings" stating the session you are planning to present at. Decision on paper publication is made by the Editorial Board with due regard to peer-review results.
