The pandemic in 2020 facilitated rapid transition of universities and companies to the online model. Many universities became entirely digital. Discussions on the benefits of total online are still continuing. Employers are experiencing staff shortage. This stress test for efficient development in the context of platform economy highlighted imbalances in education quality, as well as labour market volatility.
